David and Cornelie Nelson

Dave and Cornelie were both born and raised in Christian homes and both attended and graduated from Lake City Christian Academy. Dave began on the Worship team of Lake City Christian Centre in 1993 and now leads the team as well as gives pastoral oversight to the church body of Lake City Christian Centre.

Dave and Cornelie have traveled extensively with the youth, music and drama teams on ministry outreach trips around Canada, the U.S. and into Europe. The majority of the leadership training they received was on these trips, working in covenant under other leaders.

It is Dave and Cornelie's desire to see Williams Lake be a righteous and prosperous city.  They are working diligently with LCCC to connect children to their families, their destiny, and most importantly to Jesus Christ.  They are believing to instill Jer. 29:11 into the hearts and minds of as many people as they can.  They believe in the Love of God as the single most powerful force in the universe.  1 Cor. 13:1-8a God's Word Translation

They were married in 2001 and celebrated the arrival of their son Coen in 2004 and their second child, Reid, was born May 2007.
