Lakeshore Community Childcare Centre is a non-profit, charitable organization, governed by the Board of Directors, comprised of parent volunteers. 

Each year the Board members are elected/re-elected by childcare centre families at our Annual General Meeting.

The Board meets regularly with the centre's

Executive  Director, Kwameah Anoush Bennett and a staff representative.

Board of Directors' meeting minutes can be provided upon request, subject to disclosure requirements under applicable laws.
