We would like to share some information about changes to the TDSB’s Kindergarten Registration process for the 2022-2023 school year.
February is Kindergarten Registration Month at the TDSB, and soon we will be welcoming hundreds of families as they register their children for the 2022-2023 school year.
To attend Junior Kindergarten in September:
Children must turn four-years-old by December 31.
To register for Senior Kindergarten:
Children must be five-years-old by December 31.

Typically families register in-person at their local school and/or by using our Online Registration System. Similar to last year, due to COVID restrictions, families will register through virtual face-to-face registration only this year, instead of in-person visits to the school. Families can contact their local school to arrange a virtual meeting time.

You will also need to register for Kindergarten placement with LCCC, We can only accept registrations for Seventh St. School, Second St. School (Children are escorted to and from school), or Diagnostic programs where children are bussed. Please register using our Google form HERE. Once registered you will be contacted by the office to confirm placement. Confirmation is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
